Piping Detailer – 05 No
2.Welding Supervisor :
Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 10 Years’ Experience Pipe Fabrication Field
Process Qualification Experience ( GTAW, SMAW, GMAW & SAW)
Good Communication Skill,
Good Computer Skill- Microsoft Excel
3.NDT Level III :
Qualification: Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Fabrication / NDT industry preferably with solid field experience gained in oil,
gas and petrochemical setting with proven knowledge and skills in training and in certification of NDT personnel
in various non-destructive testing methods such as RT, MT, PT,UT , VT and in monitoring and auditing functions.
ASNT Level III in Radiographic Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing,
Visual Testing.
Knowledge in Eddy Current Testing, Phased Array, TOFD, etc. is preferable.
Sound knowledge of own subject area with extensive industrial NDT experience.
4.QC Inspector:
Qualification : Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
min. 5 years of experience after their certification specifically in OIL AND GAS PROJECTS.
AWS CWI or CSWIP 3.1.
Shall be fully familiar with MS Office and Any type of welding / inspection management system
Shall have capacity to take the responsibility of welding / inspection management software.
5.Project Engineer / Engineering Supervisor:
Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred
Min. 5 years’ experience in the pipe fabrication field
Microsoft Office, Excel, AutoCAD, and JD Edwards experience a plus.
Familiarity with codes and standards of ASTM, ASME, and PFI.
Understanding of non-destructive examination methods, heat treatments, paint, and welding procedures
6.Piping Checker:
Qualification: Mechanical Engineering,
Familiar with Auto CAD application.
Minimum 3-5 year of experience in Piping Engineering.
Able to read Fabrication & GA Drawings.
7.Piping Detailer:
Qualification : Diploma / Mechanical Engineering
Familiar with Auto CAD, Navisworks & 3D Piping Fabrication Software
Working knowledge in Auto Spool is preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Detailing / Drafting.
