Brunel are seeking an experienced Project Assistant to support our Operator client. The Project Assistant is responsible for supporting the Project Manager and Project Team. This is initially being offered on a 12-month contract commencing immediately. The role is based in Perth CBD working Monday to Friday, 9 hours per day.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Providing administration support for the project.
• Event coordination and management.
• Meeting preparation and management.
• On boarding & off boarding of team members.
• Travel arrangements.
• Manage expenses for the PM.
• Support processing of purchase orders and invoices.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven experience in supporting upstream offshore projects is highly desirable.
• Experience using SharePoint and MS tools essential.
• SAP experience beneficial.
• Highly developed communication and information management skills.
• Must be meticulous with data entry.
• Ability to work under pressure.
