    General requirement :
    Have experience in the position being applied for min 3 years.
    · Preferably have POM competence for Managerial / Superintendent level.
    · Have POP Minerba competence for min Foreman positions (Production, Plant, HSE).
    Has experience working with Volvo and Scania units.
    · Used to use SAP.
    · Able to collaborate with teams.
    · Accustomed to working with targets and routine reports.
    · Willing to be placed on the Job Site of PT. MHA
