Principal Electrical Instrument Control Civil Structural Mechanical Engineer project Jobs

A major engineering company is building a team in Malaysia for an exciting water infrastructure project for the following roles:

1.Senior Electrical Engineer
– Degree in Electrical Engineering
– Minimum 10 years relevant electrical design experience, preferably with consultancy experience
– Familiar with electrical local authority requirements and international standards

2. Senior / Principal Civil & Structural Engineer
– Function as a C&S design engineer or lead project engineer.
– Conceptual design, feasibility study, preliminary and detailed design for buildings, pipelines or infrastructure works
– Review drawings in 2D and 3D BIM
– Lead/support authorities’ consultation and submission
– Degree in Civil Engineering
– Those in the process of applying PE(S) or CEng will have an advantage
– Minimum 8 years (Senior Engineer) and 15 years (Principal Engineer) of structural design works experience and must be proficient in the use of Eurocodes and design software. Able to work independently and should – Familiar with local authority submission works
– Past experience working on water/wastewater projects will be an advantage

3. Senior / Principal Mechanical Engineer
– Concept, Functional, Preliminary and detailed design of mechanical process systems for water and wastewater treatment plants, including screening equipment, physical-chemical treatment plants, biological treatment plants, blower equipment, odour control plants, disinfection plants and sludge treatment plants.
– Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
– Candidate shall have minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in the mechanical design of wastewater treatment (municipal and industrial)
– Leads and guide a team of engineers and carries out QA/QC work on their designs

4 Senior / Principal Instrument Control Engineer
Functions as a senior technical specialist or in a lead role in Instrument, Control and Automation design.

Primary Responsibilities:
– Plan, design, review and prepare drawings, specifications and Tender Document.
– Authorities’ consultation and submission
– Resolve any technical difficulties & other issues that may arise.
– Design control systems, SCADA, DCS etc.
– Preparation of General Arrangement, control architecture and ICA equipment layout drawings.
– Degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering
– Minimum 10 years relevant Instrumentation, Control & Automation design experience, preferably with consultancy experience
– Familiar with local authority requirements and International Standards
– Experience working on water or wastewater project will be an advantage
