Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the hands on work as well as reviewing and approving electrical & mechanical designs and specifications for fabrication
Manage project according to the specifications and standards required, ensure all tasks are completed and handover to client on time
Design and development of power distribution boards and control panels for Hazardous Areas
Team with sales department to prepare quotations (price schedule & technical specification) of PCC, MCC, MCB/MCCB, APFC, MLDB, PDB panels etc.
Attend to client’s technical queries
Prepare GA, SLD and schematic diagram as required
Prepare purchase requisition and follow up of materials as per P.O.
Supervision of works, quality inspection, maintains quality records and documents as per ISO standard
Prepare and attend to client’s inspection and testing requirement/FAT of flame proof / weather proof control panels, distribution boards, etc. according to ISO requirement
Prepare, compile and submit project documentation
Coordinate work with other disciplines, other offices and other project team members
Visit project sites as and when required
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate should possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years of working experience in related field
Understand and familiar with applicable codes, standards and specifications in hazardous environment
Good oral and written communication skills in English
