Phase 1: From 10th – July-20- Starting installation of 13MW GTG (Open cycle)
Phase 2: From Sep-20- Starting of Boiler HSRG (7MW) installation & commissioning.
• Supervision for Electrical & mechanical installation / construction works for gas turbine of 13 MW at AK Sugar Dubai with remote support of OEM
§ Unloading of turbine packages & installation of foundation.
§ Foundation level check & supervision of foundation minor levelling /cutting work if required & Spring pad alignment
§ Unloading of generator, Installation & alignment.
§ Carry out Electro-mechanical pre-commissioning & commissioning tests of gas turbines & other equipment supplied
§ Unloading of GT filter structure and duct at site (at Customer specified area):
§ Preassembly and installation of GT filters structure and duct along with auxiliaries.
§ Other works as per site requirement & to implement instructions received from head office
• The engineer will be responsible for supervision work and implementation of protocols.
