Tentative shutdown schedule:
April SD is for South Asset and the start date will be 12th April until 8th May, 2024.
May SD is for the North Asset and the start date will be 6th May until 7th June, 2024.
The quantity, position / role, and the mandatory / minimum qualification criteria and other relevant information is mentioned below;
a) Qty. 30 of API Inspectors (Cat-2): Degree/Diploma in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering Professional certifications as Inspector in API 510 & API 570. NDT Level-II certification in UT, PT, MT methods.
b) Qty. 11 of Coating Inspectors: Degree or Diploma in Science or Engineering. BGAS-CSWIP Grade 1 or 2 or NACE CIP Level-2 or equivalent certification.
c) Qty. 30 of Plant QA/QC Inspectors: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering (formal education in a professional college, leading to the Engineering degree/diploma). Valid CSWIP 3.2.2 Senior Welding Inspector or AWS-SCWI certification. Professional certification as NDT Level-II in PT, MT, UT & RT Interpretation certified in accordance with SNT-TC-1A/CP-189 or other equivalent such as PCN/ISNT. Certification in BGAS-CSWIP Painting Inspector Grade 1/2 or NACE Level-1/2 will be viewed favourably.
d) Qty. 4 of Refractory Inspectors: Shall be having minimum Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/ Metallurgical/ Civil/ Chemical Engineering. Current API 936 certified essential and other API certifications in 510/570 considered advantage.
e) Qty. 2 of Cathodic Protection (CP) Inspectors: Degree or Diploma in Engineering. Minimum NACE CP level-2, with sufficient monitoring experience. The candidate should be degree engineering in Electrical or equivalent with minimum 7 years of CP experience or Diploma in Electrical or equivalent with minimum 10 years of experience in CP monitoring in Operating plant, commissioning & trouble shooting of different CP systems.
