If non-existent, develop, establish, manage and maintain Collaboration & Workflow and Knowledge Management processes adopting world-wide best practices and international standards where practical.
Govern, maintain and promote the policies, standards and procedures for Collaboration & Workflow and Knowledge Management processes. Ensure processes are fit for purpose, designed and locally valid. Monitor process performance and define and implement the necessary improvement measures.
Ensure sustainable and auditable process documentation.
Govern Collaboration & Workflow and Knowledge Management processes’ awareness, communication, monitoring and reporting.
Maintain and promote company’s Collaboration & Workflow and Knowledge Management standards, solutions and systems.
Ensure Knowledge use cases are identified, well documented and managed in accordance with business requirements.
Ensure active collaboration with internal and external parties with area of focus on collaboration and productivity processes using necessary tools, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office 365 framework (Teams, Planner, Forms, etc.).
Engage business proactively to collaborate on the processes’ improvements from the collaboration and workflow perspectives (workflows, work products, and collaboration patterns). Provide tactical guidance on how identified improvements can be realized via automation solutions ranging from simple to highly complex.
Ensure process automation best practices are followed to meet stated targets for efficiency.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
The job holder must hold a University Degree.
The job holder must have at least 6-8 years of experience in general IT/IM area with at least 5-7 years in Information Management areas.
The job holder must have at least 1-3 years of team management (direct or indirect) or senior individual contributor experience.
The job holder must have good experience with information management requirements in contracts.
The job holder must have good knowledge of international standards and best practices for Collaboration & Workflow and Knowledge Management.
The job holder must have good interpersonal skills and takes a methodical and systematic approach to work. Is able to communicate well in writing. Possesses good overall knowledge of the quality skill. Excellent communication skills in Kazakh, Russian & English – ability to understand the needs of others
