Offshore Electrical Supervisor I Jobs Turkmenistan 

Job Responsibilities

Electrical maintenance: Install, maintain and repair electrical components at assigned facilities.
1. Participate in the installation, commissioning and start-up of facility electrical components.
2. Implement the maintenance plan and preventive maintenance schedules using the CMMS for facility electrical equipment, power and control systems.
3. Maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment.
4. Review reports on equipment failures and advise regarding solutions. 
5. Review and evaluate electrical equipment inventories to ensure spare parts availability, control inventory and order parts as needed.
6. Provide technical and operations input during site acceptance testing, commissioning and start-up of new electrical equipment installations.
7. Recommend upgrades or other system improvements to meet operating objectives more efficiently and cost-effectively.
HSE: Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with DOTL electrical safety policy and procedures.
1. Carry out all operating activities in accordance with company, local and international HSE rules and regulations.
2. Ensure that an approved Permit to Work is in place prior to beginning any work activities, and that all permit conditions are adhered to throughout the job.
3. Ensure compliance with policies regarding hazardous area classifications and equipment usage.
4. Ensure complete isolation of electrical equipment before commencing maintenance and repair work.
5. Take all necessary precautions to protect the safety of site personnel. 
Coaching and mentoring: Actively contribute to the development of staff.
1. Support staff in meeting needs for employee training, development and skill gap closure.
2. Mentor staff to ensure appropriate succession management.

Education

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
